The room was good sized and functional and the view over the garden was lovely. I enjoyed that it was set next to a metro station.

The staff are amazingly nice. The location is marvellous and stunning to the St James's tube station. Make sure you stay in the king room with a fridge as well as many extras. A coffeemaker and a fridge are a nice touch.

Overall had fabulous stay on my short visit. An electric kettle and a refrigerator in my deluxe king room were a very thoughtful addition. I really enjoyed spending time here.
The hotel staff was hostile.

The breakfast was good, with fried eggs and well-presented food. Appreciated our deluxe queen room with nice furnishings and a comfortable king-size bed, plus complimentary beer.- The hotel has a cozy location close to the river, Theatreland, London sightseeing, parks, and the tube.

Location of the hotel very centrally located. Equipment, bar and service were very good.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work.

the rooms were perfect size for a city hotel and nicely decorated. Air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was good and sufficient, but unorganized. Upon request, you could get everything from the menu, but it seemed to us that the staff served breakfast for the first time in their lives.
